The Centre comprises two main departments (energy and environmental) and business development department, all composed by English speaking engineers/consultants who passed training in Ukraine and western countries (Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, Sweden, Greece, Czech Republic) and on-the-job practical training at particular Ukrainian industrial enterprises/factories.

Permanent staff comprises 7 employees. Besides, the Centre has a network of up to 50 specific industry experts/consultants all over the country, to solve specialized tasks in the different industries throughout the country. Education and Training of the CT Centre staff:

• Specialists in Energy Auditing and Management (International and National Certificates);
• International Specialists in Cleaner Production (UNIDO International Certificates);
• International External EMS Auditors according to ISO 14 001 (IRCA Certificates).
